Thursday's Europa League match between Braga and Dynamo Kiev got ugly when Braga's Paulo Cesar went in with a late challenge right on Andriy Yarmolenko's ankle. A scuffle ensued and had Yarmolenko not jumped as the challenge came in, his foot could very well be a separate entity from the rest of his body right now.
Dynamo's Yevhen Khacheridi and Braga's Miguel Hugo Viana were both shown yellow cards for their part in the aftermath, while Paulo Cesar earned a straight red for taking out Yarmolenko (who no one thought to check on during all the shoving).
The match ended in a 0-0 draw, with Braga advancing on an away goal after the 1-1 first leg.
