Following Celtic's 4-0 win against St. Johntstone, they were awarded the trophy for making easy work of the Scottish Premier League. At one point, Celtic manager Neil Lennon took the trophy over to the stands, pulled his winner's medal off his neck and handed it to a young girl in the stands.
It was a move reminiscent of when Jose Mourinho chucked his Chelsea 2006 winner's medal into the stands at Stamford Bridge, but more of a tender moment than a display of swaggering brashness. Lennon, of course, already has a Scottish Premier League winner's medal from last season. Judging by the girl's reaction, she's going to give this year's medal a good home.
