During the first half of Napoli's 2-0 win at Lecce, goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis yelled at a ball boy for throwing the ball back into play too quickly for his delicate taste. At halftime, De Sanctis realized that he went overboard in his reaction to the kid and tried to make it up to him by giving him a kiss and the shirt off his back.
Unlike the Chievo ball boy who refused Sulley Muntari's shirt a couple weeks ago because of club policy, the Lecce ball boy accepted it just as his larger coworker reached out for De Sanctis as he walked away. So one ball boy received a nice gesture and the other an awkward missed connection.
