Usually when a linesman is involved in a collision, he (or she) is the unsuspecting recipient of pain. But during Livorno's Serie B match against Pescara on Friday, it was the linesman that was the steamroller.
Watch the bottom of the video and you'll see the linesman run right through Livorno manager Walter Novellino while trying to keep up with the run of play. In fact, he's so focused, that he doesn't even glance to see if the person he just ran over is okay, he just keeps going.
Novellino was shaken and hobbled by the collision, but he did get a 1-0 win (thanks to a 14th minute own goal). That won't prevent him from having linesman related nightmares for a while, though.
